Websites for small businesses
A website that makes clear what you offer and easy to get in touch, built on your own accounts with domain, email and technical SEO in place.
I design and build the site, set up the domain, SSL and business email, and hand everything over in your own name. You get the scope and a fixed price in writing before anything is built, and choose between three packages depending on how much the site should do.
Who it is for
The launch packages are for businesses that need a professional digital presence: a site that presents the business, takes enquiries and can be found on Google. If the site should also take payments, or work together with Instagram, Facebook and X, there are packages for that.
If visitors need to sign in, see their own information or follow a case, you need more than a website. Where that line runs is in When is a website enough, and when do you need a web app?, and how such a build works is under Web apps.
What is included
The foundation is the same in all three packages:
- Design and development. A modern site or landing page, built for mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Domain, SSL and business email. Domain connection and DNS, encrypted traffic, and email configured and live.
- Contact and lead forms. Anyone who wants to get in touch can do it straight from the site.
- Technical SEO and analytics. The technical SEO basics, indexing through Google Search Console, and analytics from the start.
- Launch. Basic conversion optimisation, deployment and launch.
Business adds payments and checkout with Stripe, and sets up X, Instagram and Facebook, connected to each other and to the site, with the same branding across every channel, an AI content system, a content strategy and the first posts.
Complete Launch is for a larger launch: a more advanced website or a web application with more pages, a complete SEO structure with keyword research and local SEO where relevant, conversion tracking, a content plan, a full launch check and support after launch.
If you want someone to keep the content and SEO running afterwards, there is Liovall Growth, sold after launch. How technical SEO works, and what it cannot promise, is in Technical SEO: what a small business actually needs.
How it works
It starts with a free call about what the site should get visitors to do. Then you get the scope and a fixed price in writing, and the build starts only once you have said yes. I build it, you try it, and it runs on your own accounts when we are done. The whole way of working is on the home page.
Before the build it helps to know what visitors should do, roughly which pages are needed, who produces the text and images, and who should be able to change the content afterwards. No technical specification is needed.
Price
- Liovall Start 12 900 SEKexcl. VAT
- Liovall Business 19 900 SEKexcl. VAT
- Liovall Complete Launch From 29 900 SEKexcl. VAT
All prices exclude VAT. Larger software products (SaaS), web applications and iOS apps are quoted individually. See prices
The package prices are fixed and written down before anything is built. Complete Launch is a from price, because the scope varies: there you get a fixed price before the build begins.
Common questions
Who owns the site when it is done?
You do. The domain, hosting and email are in your name, the code is delivered with documentation, and you can change provider without asking anyone's permission. You can change web host without touching the email, and change email provider without affecting the site. Which accounts are involved, and why, is in Domain, hosting and business email.
What does it cost to keep running after launch?
If you run the site yourself, you pay only your own accounts at the domain, hosting and email providers, directly to them and in your own name. If you want me to handle content and maintenance, Growth is a monthly package.
Isn't a template tool enough?
Often it is, as long as the site should present the business and take an enquiry. Then I say so, because that is a perfectly good answer. The signs that a template has become too tight are in Build it yourself, use a template, or hire someone?.
Can I change the text myself afterwards?
That is decided before the build, not after: who should be able to change the content is one of the questions before the price. What else drives the price of a site is in What does a website cost for a small business?.
